Set to deliver soon? Here are 10 tips for natural childbirth

“All natural birth has a purpose and a plan; who would think about tearing open the chrysalis as the butterfly is emerging? Who would break the shell to pull the chick out?” says author Marie Mongon in her book, Hypnobirthing.

No wonder natural birthing is the preferred choice for pregnant women. In general, it implies a non-medicated birth where the natural process of labor and birth take place, without any intervention. Here are ten tips for natural childbirth, to help you prepare for natural childbirth in that crucial third trimester:

  1. Educate yourself
